NSW Fair Trading

Tenants Advice and Advocacy Services

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Consumer Affairs Victoria
Consumer Affairs Victoria provide information and advice to tenants, landlords and property managers about renting rights and responsibilities in a property. Contact them on 1300 55 81 81.
Tenants Union of Victoria
The TUV aims to educate tenants about their rights, improve conditions for tenants, improve the status of tenants and represent the collective interests of tenants in law and policy making. You can reach their Help Line on (03) 9416 2577.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Housing for the Aged Action Group
This group provides housing services and support for people 55 years and over. Phone 1300 765 178.
Tenants Queensland offers a free statewide advice service to tenants. You can reach them by calling 1300 744 263. Advice hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Extended hours to 7pm Tuesday and Wednesday.
Residential Tenancies Authority
The RTA provide tenancy information and support, bond management, dispute resolution, investigation, and policy and education services. You can phone the Residential Tenancies Authority on 1300 366 311 and use the Dispute Resolution Service.
The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal
